Druid Tree Service, Inc., celebrating over
a quarter century in business, was founded by
Cabot Cameron. Originally from the
mountains of New Hampshire and a
graduate of the University of New Hampshire,
Cabot moved his business to Nashville in 1978
in order to work all seasons in an area abundant
in landscape trees and shrubs. Starting with a
handful of properties, today, he and his
professional staff of skilled arborists deliver
personalized service to a loyal and wide-ranged client base. Cabot is well qualified in the field of arboriculture. His years of professional work and educational training have earned him membership in the prestigious American Society of Consulting Arborists and he is certified by the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA). He is a member of the National Arborist Association and holds a pesticide license from the State of Tennessee. |

Druid's ornamental services are directed under the watchful eye of Richard Page, chief horticulturist. Richard has been with Druid Tree Service since 1993, following a 21-year career with the Cheekwood Botanical Garden, where he served for ten years as gardens director. He holds a degree in botany from Duke University and is an ISA certified arborist. A member of the Metro Nashville Tree Advisory Committee, he believes "pruning is the art of sculpting a living plant toward a healthier and more aesthetically pleasing future." |
